In a recent survey conducted by real estate experts, Skyline Boulevard in Oakland has been named the No. 1 most luxurious and coveted place to live in Northern California. This prestigious street offers panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay Area, luxury homes nestled in the Oakland Hills, privacy, natural beauty, and access to hiking trails and parks.

Agent Advice, a real estate website, commissioned a survey of 3,000 respondents to create a list of the “Most Coveted Address” in America. Only two streets in California made it into the top 10, with Laurel Way in Beverly Hills coming in at No. 2. Skyline Boulevard’s combination of luxury, privacy, and natural beauty helped it secure its spot on the list.

Other streets that made the top 10 include Casey Key Road in Nokomis, Florida, Gordon Drive in Naples, Florida, and N Hillside Drive in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Skyline Boulevard beat out even some of the most exclusive addresses in San Francisco, with Sea Cliff Avenue ranking in at No. 13.
